Online Application Process for FESCO New Connection

To make the process easy for consumers, the Government of Pakistan has introduced the Electricity FESCO New Connection (ENC) System. This allows you to submit your FESCO new connection application online

Documents Required (Soft Copy in JPG or PDF Format)

  • Attested copy of your CNIC
  • Attested copy of witness’s CNIC
  • Copy of your property documents
  • Copy of neighbor’s FESCO electricity bill

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1:Visit the official ENC System Website.

Step 2: Select the Apply icon located on the left-hand right.

Step 3: Input the information required.

  • Enter the 14-digit reference number from your neighbor’s electricity bill.
  • Select your distribution company and connection category (domestic or commercial).

Step 4:Provide your personal details:

  • Full Name
  • Father’s or Husband’s Name
  • Nationality
  • CNIC Number
  • Complete Address
  • Two Mobile Numbers

Select Landlord/Owner if you own the property, or Tenant/Rental if you are renting.

Step 5:If you are applying yourself, tick Same as Above.
If someone else is applying for you, enter their information and relation with you.

Step 6:Fill in any other required details.

Step 7:Attach your documents and click on the Submit button.

Offline Application Process for FESCO New Connection

If you prefer to apply manually, you can do so by visiting your nearest FESCO office or customer service center.

1. Get the Application Form:

Visit the FESCO office or customer service center and collect the new connection application form.
(You can also download it from fscoebills.pk).

2. Fill the Form Carefully:


 Enter complete information including:

  • Your Name
  • Full Address
  • Phone Number
  • Required Connection Type (Domestic/Commercial)

3. Attach Necessary Documents:

  • Copy of CNIC
  • Copy of Property Documents
  • Copy of a Recently Paid Electricity Bill

4. Submit Your Application:

Submit the completed form along with the attached documents to the FESCO office.
Collect your application diary number from the concerned officer.

5. Installation of FESCO New Connection:
