About FESCO

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) was established in 1998. It operates under the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), which was founded in 1958 by the Government of Pakistan to develop and manage the country’s own electricity transmission system.

Later, the Government of Pakistan divided WAPDA into different distribution companies, i.e (FESCO, MEPCO, PESCO, LESCO, IESCO, SEPCO, HESCO etc.) and now these companies work under PEPCO. FESCO is one of these companies and is headquartered in Faisalabad. FESCO supplies electricity to about 4.96 million customers within a population of 26 million people.
